Jonathan is Managing Director of Hunt Capital. After graduating with a business degree in accounting and management from Curtin University, he honed his business development expertise in a B2B environment across a range of businesses and industry sectors based on an extensive network, managing medium size businesses, stockbroking, merchant banking, recruitment, politics and foreign exchange. He has extensive experience as a management consultant focusing on business growth, strategy, commercialisation and relationship management.
Paul is managing director of Sentio Health, as well as Sentio Recruit, which he established in 2011, to recruit medical and allied health professionals. He is an experienced recruitment professional with over 25 years in the health and social care sector. As a social work practitioner, Paul has extensive experience in child protection and mental health services, including EAP programs. In 1998, he moved into recruitment, establishing a UK-based recruitment company in 2000, with a branch in Melbourne in 2001, to recruit social workers and allied health professionals between the two countries. In 2003, he set up a training organisation and pioneered a program, in conjunction with the University of London, to provide post-qualifying accredited professional development for social workers and occupational therapists in the UK.
Brendan attained his specialist medical qualification as a psychiatrist in 1999. He has wide ranging clinical and management experience having worked for many years in both the private and public sectors. He has also served as a member on the WA Mental Health Review Board, now the WA Mental Health Tribunal. He has particular clinical expertise in the areas of perinatal psychiatry, psychotherapy, management of psychotic disorders, and medicolegal psychiatry.
Paul is a chartered accountant and management consultant, with significant commercial experience in senior roles, across a diverse range of industries in Australia and overseas. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He established New Alldale in 1995 to provide management accounting and Information reporting services to clients in Western Australia. His target market is small to medium sized businesses (SMEs) and not for profit organisations (NFPs) who are ready to go to the next level, but require the structure and resources to enable growth to happen. Paul’s passion is helping businesses grow through the systemisation of their business processes and the integrity of their management information reporting. Since 2008 he has been a mentor to SME business owners undertaking the Growth Program at Curtin University Business School’s Centre for Entrepreneurship. He is also an advisor with Succession Plus, which helps SMEs with strategic advice around succession planning.
